What is cosmetic Tattooing?

Cosmetic tattooing is a specialised technique where semi-permanent pigment is

utilised to create long lasting makeup. This makeup can last anywhere between three to five years depending on the individual.

Modern technology has improved accuracy with makeup design and shaping - allowing a soft, subtle or more dramatic look.

Cosmetic tattooing can be used on a variety of areas but most commonly it is applied for;

- Eyebrows

- Eyeliner & lash enhancement

- Lipline, lipblend & full lip colour.

What is involved in the initial consultation?

In this consultation you will establish with cosmetic tattooist Gabriella a desired colour, shape and have any additional questions answered.

What is involved in the treatment?

One, two or three treatments may be required depending on the individuals skin absorbency of the pigment

What are the costs associated?

Initial consultation - $50 (redeemable on treatment if booked within no more than 4 weeks post consultation)

Retouch - from $120 (required 6 weeks post initial treatment)

Initial treatment - from $500 (prices may vary)

Will it hurt?

The level of pain id different for each individual, although we do use a strong topical anaesthetic gel to ensure comfort during the treatment.

Will it fade?

Yes, depending on the skin metabolism and colour applied. A re-touch is required 6-weeks post initial treatment to ensure the cosmetic tattooing remains long lasting minimising the risk of fading. the re-touch process also allows the individual to change the colour or shape initially applied.
The use of sunscreen is high recommended to help prevent fading.
